A reminder that the Altar Rosary Society prays the rosary before 9:00 am Liturgy on the first Sunday on every month. The rosary begins at 8:30 am.  Mark your calendars the next rosary will be prayed on SUNDAY NOVEMBER 1, 2020. We encourage parishioners to come and pray.

GCU and ALTAR ROSARY SOCIETY: REMINDER

The GCU and Altar Rosary Society meeting will be held following liturgy on THIS Sunday, October 25, 2020.  

50^th ANNIVERSARY BOOK:

We are STILL continuing to look for businesses, organizations, and parish families to provide sponsorships in our Commemorative Anniversary Book. Order forms were sent to all parishioners’ homes. We have extended the deadline to the end of the year-December 31, 2020.   If you have more than one sponsor, or have any questions please contact the rectory or call Mary Sinowski at (330)540-4519.

IN MEMORY:

We are also still accepting in memory commemoration for our 50^th anniversary book. The cost is $10 or $20 with a picture of your loved one. Please see Fr. Michael or mail to the rectory. The deadline is also December 31, 2020.

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION:

Mark the date- December 6, 2020 12:30-2:30. St. Peter &Paul (Infant Jesus) & St. Nicholas are having a joint celebration for the parishioners. The St. Nicholas Day Celebration will include a delicious brunch, holiday carols, a visit from St. Nicholas, raffles and door prizes. More details will follow.

PICTURES UPDATE: 

Thank you to all parishioners who have had their pictures taken for our 50^th Anniversary Commemorative Book.  Due to the Covid pandemic, it has been decided that any parishioner who would like to have their picture taken please contact Joe Rudinec @ (330) 726-2572 to arrange your date. The picture will be taken at his studio on Market Street in North Lima.  We truly hope to have all parish families represented in our book. Please arrange as soon as possible so the book can be completed.

GCU will be holing a fundraiser for the Byzantine Catholic Seminary of Saints Cyril & Methodius. There will be a raffle, with an all cash prize $2,000. We are STILL continuing to look for businesses, organizations, and parish families to provide sponsorships in our Commemorative Anniversary Book. There will also be a section in memory of our beloved deceased parishioners. Order forms were sent to all parishioners’ homes. We have extended the deadline to the fall.  If you have more than one sponsor, or have any questions please contact the rectory or call Mary Sinowski at (330)540-4519.

PICTURES UPDATE: 

Thank you to all parishioners who have had their pictures taken for our 50^th Anniversary Commemorative Book.  We know some were unable to meet these dates; therefore, we will be planning another sitting as soon as possible.  We truly hope to have all parish families represented in our book. ECF REMINDER:

Just a reminder that ECF classes are held on Tuesday @ 6:00 pm at St. Michael’s hall in Campbell and the adult classes are on Thursday at Infant Jesus also @6:00 pm.

SEMINARY FUNDRAISER:

GCU will be holing a fundraiser for the Byzantine Catholic Seminary of Saints Cyril & Methodius. There will be a raffle, with an all cash prize $2,000. The winning number will be based on the PA Lottery Evening Pick 3 Number drawn on Sunday, December 6, 2020. If, interested, please see Fr. Michael for more information.

The dinner will consist of 2 homemade holupki, kolbasa and kraut, halushki, bread/butter, and a cookie. The cost is $10.00 per meal. No substitutions allowed on meals. Please join the the virtual 86^th Pilgrimage in honor of Our Lady of Perpetual Help on September 5 & 6. You can go to their YouTube channel at Basilians-Uniontown PA to view services and programs. Unfortunately, with Covid 19, any gathering on the grounds of Mount St. Macrina over Labor Day weekend is not permitted.
