PARISHIONER UPDATE:
Congratulations to our parishioner Frank Bero who qualified for state in Division 1 boys’ cross-country for Boardman High School. Good luck @ State.
PARISHIONER NEWS:
Our parishioner, William Ripple passed away this past week. His funeral was Thursday, November 5, 2020. Our deepest sympathy to his wife Monica, family & friends. Blessed repose to his servant William.
ANNOUNCEMENT:All checks are to remain being endorsed to Infant Jesus of Prague. We hope this clears up any confusion with the recent name change.
ALTAR ROSARY SOCIETY:
All parishioners are invited to join this wonderful association. Members pray the Rosary the first Sunday of each month at 8:30 AM. Dues for 2020 & 2021 are only $5.00 for both years (two years for the price of one). Envelopes for dues are on the table in the vestibule for you to deposit into the collection basket. You can also mail your dues to Mary Beth Hayer, 1063 Runge Avenue, Struthers, Ohio 44471. Contact President Elaine Chachko for more information.
50th ANNIVERSARY BOOK:
We are STILL continuing to look for businesses, organizations, and parish families to provide sponsorships in our Commemorative Anniversary Book. Order forms were sent to all parishioners’ homes. We have extended the deadline to the end of the year-December 31, 2020. If you have more than one sponsor, or have any questions please contact the rectory or call Mary Sinowski at (330)540-4519.
IN MEMORY:We are also still accepting in memory commemoration for our 50th anniversary book. The cost is $10 or $20 with a picture of your loved one. Please see Fr. Michael or mail to the rectory. The deadline is also December 31, 2020.
CHRISTMAS CELEBRATION:
Mark the date- December 6, 2020 12:30pm-2:30pm. St. Peter &Paul (Infant Jesus) & St. Nicholas are having a joint celebration for the parishioners. The St. Nicholas Day Celebration will include a delicious brunch, holiday carols, a visit from St. Nicholas, raffles and door prizes. More details will follow.
PICTURES UPDATE:
Thank you to all parishioners who have had their pictures taken for our 50th Anniversary Commemorative Book. Due to the Covid pandemic, it has been decided that any parishioner who would like to have their picture taken please contact Joe Rudinec @ (330) 726-2572 to arrange your date. The picture will be taken at his studio on Market Street in North Lima. We truly hope to have all parish families represented in our book. Please arrange as soon as possible so the book can be completed.
SANCTUARY CANDLES:
The Sanctuary candles will be lit for the entire week for your intentions. The right & left sanctuary candles in memory of +Andrew & +Margaret Yurko from their son Andrew (Jack) Yurko
