CHRISTMAS DECORATIONS: Thank you to all who stayed after Liturgy last Sunday to take down Christmas decorations.  Your help was greatly appreciated.

 

 

HOSPICE OF THE VALLEY: Volunteers are needed to visit Hospice of the Valley patients.  Volunteer training classes will be held on Feb. 8^th and Feb. 15^th  from   8:30am-4:00pm at Hospice House.  Please call (330)549-5902 for more information.

 

50^TH ANNIVERSARY UPDATE: There will be a meeting to discuss our 50^th Anniversary on Tuesday, January 21^st at 6:00 pm in the church.  We hope many of you will attend to plan this special occasion.

 

PICTURE TAKING: We will be compiling a commemorative Infant Jesus of Prague 50^th Anniversary Book.  We are asking that all parish families have a family photo taken to be entered into the book.  Pictures will be taken in the church on February 1^st & 2^nd and February 8^th & 9^th following the Divine Liturgies.  There are sign-up sheets on the vestibule table for you to pick your time.  We hope we are able to have all families have their photo taken.  Any questions, please see Father Michael or call Paula Slemons.   

  

END OF YEAR STATEMENTS:Your parish donation statements for 2019 are available on the glass table in the vestibule.  If they are not picked up by January 26^th, they will be mailed to your home.

 

PIROGHI:  We will be making and selling piroghi for the upcoming Lenten season.  We will be making our homemade piroghi on February 15^th at the Byzantine Center at the Grove.  All are encouraged to come and help. Donations of money or ingredients (potatoes, milk, flour, or butter) would be greatly appreciated.  Order forms will be available in the vestibule and can be returned in the collection basket, or call the rectory.   

 

 

LITURGIES: Parishioners who would like to have a liturgy in honor or memory of family members or friends, please give the intention to Father Michael or put it in the collection basket.  Liturgies are $10.00, and all requests will try to be honored.

  

SANCTUARY CANDLES:The Sanctuary candles will be lit for the entire week for your intentions. The left Sanctuary candle is in Memory of +Melissa Riddick from Bob & Millie Jonda.  The right Sanctuary candle is for Special Intentions of Tillie Chachko.
