ANNUAL PARISH PICNIC:

Annual picnic will be held Wednesday, July 18, 2018 at 6:00 pm at our picnic pavilion. Please find the sign-up sheet, which is located in the vestibule.

 

KENNYWOOD:

2018 Byzantine Family Day at Kennywood Park will be Thursday July 26, 2018. There are discounted park tickets, program and activities and free bus. The bus will leave Infant Jesus of Prague Church Parking Lot at 9:00 am sharp and will leave Kennywood at 6:00 pm. Ticket options are: $24 Ride All Day ticket; $14 Senior (55+) Ride All Day; $10 Super Senior (70+)

Ride All Day; and $15 Lunch There is a sign-up sheet in the vestibule and the deadline to sign up is Monday July 9^th. Pre-pay in advance cash or checks made to GCU Lodge 442. The church bus is partially sponsored by the Sheeley Fund.

 

FAITH AND FUN DAY:

All altar servers, elementary thru high school, are invited on July 31, 2018 for a faith and fun day in Pittsburgh. Contact Fr. Michael by July 1^st if interested.

 

CELEBRATION OF MARRIAGE:

All parishioners who are celebrating wedding anniversaries in multiple of 5’s (5,10,15,20….)during 2018 are invited to celebrate on Sept. 9, 2-18 at 3:00 pm in St. Elias Church, where a  liturgy, luncheon and certificate will be provided and given. Please contact Fr. Michael or Paula by July 21^st.

 

53^rd ANNUAL PILGRIMAGE:

August 13^th-15^th at Our Lady of Lebanon Shine with Bishop Milan Lach SJ of Parma will be the celebrant on August 14^th for the Byzantine Divine

Liturgy.

 

SANCTUARY CANDLES:

The Sanctuary candles will be lit for the entire week for your intentions. The left is in memory for +William and +Violet Novak from Bill Novak and Dan Magulick, and the right is for +Stephen Jonda from Bob and Millie Jonda.
