The Holy Family Infant of Prague Guild invites all to celebrate 75 years honoring the Infant of Prague Guilds in the Youngstown Diocese. Please join in prayer on April 26, 2018, at St. Dominic’s Church, 77 East Lucius Ave., Youngstown, Ohio. Confession starts at 11:15 am, followed by the Rosary, Mass, Prayers and lunch at the Parish Center at 1:00 pm.  The day will conclude with a  spiritual conference by Fr. Vincent DeLucia.  Cost is $10.00/person. Reservations much be made by April 18th. Please send you reservation payable to Holy Family Infant Jesus Guild c/o 2729 Center Rd., Poland, OH 44514.

 

FEED OUR VALLEY:

GCU 442 and the Byzantine Social Club are sponsoring “Feed Our Valley” to help the Second Harvest Food Bank. Most needed food items are cereal, peanut butter, canned vegetables, canned fruit, tuna fish, dry pasta, canned soup and macaroni and cheese.  We will be collecting food from March 4th-April 15th. Place donated food in the yellow bin in the church vestibule.

AMERICAN SLOVAK CULTURAL ASSOCIATION

The association is holding a celebration” Honoring Your Eastern European Heritage” on Friday, April 20, 2018. It will be held at the Father Snock Center (in the former St. Matthias School), 2800 Shady Run Road, at 5:30pm. Light refreshments will be available. All are welcome

EASTER (PASKA) BREAD:

Pick up for Easter bread, Paska, will be this Wednesday, March 28th at 5:30pm-6:30pm, before Pre-

 SPAGHETTI DINNER:

St. Michael’s Byzantine Catholic church, Campbell, is having their annual spaghetti dinner on Palm Sunday, 405 Robinson Rd. from Noon-3pm. Tickets are $9.00/dinner and children 12 and under are $4.00. Please support!
