PLEASE PRAY FOR THE HEALTH AND WELL-BEING OF OUR PARISHIONERS: Sophie Cimino at Omni West Assisted Living, Thomas Urdea at Shepard of the Valley on Western Reserve Rd., and Michael Vasilchek, Richard Kuty, Margaret Arvin, Louise Macabobby, Anne Anos, Pearl Tablack, and Patricia Flaherty all at home convalescing, and the rest of our parishioners who are in nursing homes.  May God grant to all the sick of our parish many blessed, happy and healthier years

HELPING HANDS INFANT JESUS:

June 30, 2018 we are asking for volunteers to donate time to beautify our church grounds. Kindly mark your calendars. Time will be forthcoming.

MEMORIAL DAY CELEBRATION:

There will be a Memorial Day Flag Raising Ceremony on Sunday, May 27th following Sunday liturgy.  Special guests will be GCU Lodge 252 from St. Nicholas.  Parishioners are invited to bring a flag for a blessing by Fr. Michael, and a light lunch will follow.  This event is sponsored by GCU Lodge 442 of Infant Jesus of Prague Parish.

KENNYWOOD:

2018 Byzantine Family Day at Kennywood Park will be Thursday July 26, 2018. There are discounted park tickets, program and activities and free bus. The bus will leave Infant Jesus of Prague Church Parking Lot at 9:00am sharp and will leave Kennywood at 6:00pm. Ticket options are: $24 Ride All Day ticket; $14 Senior (55+) Ride All Day; $10 Super Senior (70+) Ride All Day; and $15 Lunch (All you can eat- BBQ chicken, hamburgers, Hot dogs, baked beans, chips and cookies. There is a sign-up sheet in the vestibule and the deadline to sign up is Monday July 9th. Pre-pay in advance cash or checks made to GCU Lodge 442.

CLERGY DAYS:

Father Michael will be out of town on May 29& 30 for clergy days. He can be reached by cell phone.

HELPING HANDS DAY:

The GCU is partnering with the youth and adults of the Archeparchy of Pittsburgh and Friends of the Sisters of St. Basil in a day dedicated to beautifying the grounds at Mount Saint Macrina in Uniontown, PA on Saturday, June 2, 2018 at 9:00 am. If unable to attend, please help with a monetary donation:

SANCTUARY CANDLES:

The Sanctuary candles will be lit for the entire week for your intentions. The Left Candle is for the graduation of Bobby and Britney Jonda from Family and the Right Candle is for the health and well-being of Megan McGaw from Gene and Sharon Mulichak.
